The key for losing those extra pounds is easy – consume less food and workout more often – the issues surface when we really try to put that into practice! You can expect to get really weak and get fat fast. Here is the reason why. Food is what gives us energy and nutrients so when you are not eating you are depriving your body of both. When you don’t eat your body gets scared and when you eat again your body freaks out and stores every last bit of food you eat as fat in your body so that if you don’t eat it has a store. However your body does not use the fat first to feed itself. Your body wants to keep the fat as long as it can so your body feeds on your muscle. Still think it is a good idea?

why fast for 3 days a week, why not plan out a 7 day good meal program for yourself, and eat 7 days a week,and loose the bad and get the good ?????

depends what you are eating other days when ur not fasting . if your not binging other days than you’ll lose weight really quick. but i dont believe its healty or steady weight lose
