During my break in Janurary, I’m thinking about going on a 10-day water fast. I don’t plan on exercising due to the expected lack of energy. Are all the health benefits true about water fasting? You know, how it supposably heals certain types of internal problems. Weight-loss, of course, is not my primary target with the water-fasting, but rather to cleanse out my intestines and give my body some recouperation time.

Water fast? you mean your just drinking water for 10 days? good grief who said that was good for you?maybe some buddist monk in the Himalayas!?
You need vitamins, proteins, carbs to be healthy. I know people that do a fast and take just liquids, including juices, once a week but 10 days sounds a bit radical to me.

Truthfully i don’t suggest that you do that.Trust me form my experience fasting or starving your self is not the way to go.You can die if you don’t eat.That is how for example tarrier Sh river died.She was water fasting and she became anorectic and died.If you haven’t heard on the new along time ago.Truth full i think that if you really want to do it consult with your doctor and dint fall into those propaganda techniques trying to persuade you to do things.You should eat health eat lost of fruits and vegetables everyday.You should also enroll in a sport that will help you loos some weight.Trust me many people have died because they were starving them selves.You cant last 10 days without eating and i dint want you to even thought i dint know you.Some time people use propaganda to try to get you to do something for example how it supposedly heals certain types of internal problems.To me they just cause them.When i ow as small i was cub by then i began to loos weight and i began to like how i looked and i began to eat less and less everyday and then i figged out that m energy was going low i sometimes did not eat and i almost had to go to the hospital.If you water fest and then become anorectic then they put you in the hospital and they in jet food in you and you will never be able to loos that weight.Hop fully you will listen to me and not water feast.

Everything you’ve heard is true!
Many cancer and arthritis center incorporate water fasting into their therapies. You can read more by doing a Google search for “therapeutic water fast”. Cancer cells need sugar to survive.

Good luck with your fast. You’ll only feel tired for 3 days (and a headache too, but that’s OK). Beyonce lost 20 lb on Master Cleanse which is water fasting with an ounce of lemon juice and a teaspoon of molasses & cayenne pepper. She looks pretty healthy?
Don’t fast if you have kidney or liver problems. You’ll be detoxing like crazy and it’s too much work for impaired kidneys/liver.

In november, muslims like me fasted for a month (not straight!!) we went till 5AM to 7PM without anything going down our throats, not a liquid or solid. But water fasting, makes u fat becuase u cant live on water forever and when u start eating again, your matabolism will be much slower, and you will gain weight!

I would recommend “detoxing” instead of fasting.I know alot of people who do it once a year to clean out their system.It really does help clean you out because most people do not consume enough fiber.Try eating only raw,unprocessed foods for a week,paticuraly fruits and veggies,and some nuts.Plenty of water.
