Which is better and why? What are your experiences?
I want to REJUVENATE myself both physically and mentally. Im not looking to starve myself, but Im hoping to lose about 20 lbs or more (10 kilos) during the 10 day period. Im hoping to do the water fast as it seems easier(preparation). the MC seems more time consuming and confusing. Will I achieve the same results with either one?

I would say the Master Cleanse because you are actually getting some nutrients into your body from the ingredients. You will also have more energy on the Master Cleanse than if you just drink water. Plus the cayenne pepper in the Master Cleanse raises your metabolism, so you will lose weight quicker. Good luck! x

I think water is better. If you stick with it you’re certain to lose weight and clean out your system. Just don’t overdo it.
But there is a lot of documentation that occassional FASTING is good for you. There is a lot of overreaction because people look at it as STARVING YOURSELF and are so guaraded against anorexia that they all overreact to it.
But Fasting is different it’s something our ancestors went through. There wasn’t always food available. Sometimes they would go days without eating. And a lot of new science says fasting may actually help metabolism rather than hurt it as most people currently claim.

But starving yourself is different and starving yourself for long periods will in fact slow your metabolism and cause you to gain more weight when you start eating again.

The Master Cleanse is healthier! You get all your nutrients from the ingredients vs. the water fast which is much more dangerous and energy draining. Don’t think about the calories in the MC, think about which one you’ll actually stay on longer. Also 20lbs in 10 days is extreme, even for the Master Cleanse. But then again it does depend on your weight. If you’re average you should lose 1 pound a day. Good luck, and I hope you avoid the water fast.
