  1. sugar free gum!!!

I hope you dont want to lose weight by doing this. I work at hooters and 6 girls and me tried this…

NONE OF US LOST WEIGHT, AND WE FELT WORSE AFTERWARDS!

    Good luck though!!!

  2. I haven’t done it, but I’ve considered it. The people I’ve talked to about it say that the lemonade, as well as the syrup thing, are supposed to give you all the nutrients you need (I’ve heard you can stay on it for as long as 20 or so days before you’d need to go back to regular foods.)

I’ve also heard you ARE supposed to feel like crap the first few days, incredibly hungry and such; but that you’re better off ignoring that, because giving in and eating would make things worse (I think this happened to Beyonce once?)

I’m not 100% sure, but I think gum does go against it, seeing as most gum has a bit of sugar and other stuff (and the purpose of the cleanse is for you to get rid of all the non-natural chemicals and weird stuff you might have in your system.)

And like Abigail B said — this is a CLEANSE. Not a diet. If you’re feeling tired, or get sick to your stomach often, or stuff like that; it might help. You MIGHT shed a few pounds, but the weight loss is not the primary purpose of it.

  3. In the first instance, detoxification is not necessary for the body. Secondly why r u finding it so difficult to give up chewing gum for just one day.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Do not go on fast or starvation diet.

Nothing other than water in between.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day. Do not overdo.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free.

Be patient and not in a hurry.

U cannot choose spots for reduction.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.
