I have had an **** fissure for about 3 weeks and I am not scheduled to go to the doctor untill 2 more weeks because of my insurance. I have only tried eating more fiber like apples and drinking more water. It stops sometimes when my stools are soft or small. Although if they get too large or hard from the foods I ate it will start bleeding alot for a couple minutes then stop so i’m almost 100% sure it’s an **** fissure. Could fasting to cleanse my insides help to cure my **** fissure, maybe drinking some juice also for some vitamins?
