I am considering a couple of detoxification programs. One from Isagenix and the other from Nature’s Secret. Regardless of these two selections I was wondering if others have had positive results from a detoxification. For those unfamiliar with what I am referrering: a process of cleansing the body from poisons and toxins acquired from pollutants, chemicals in the food & water, etc.
I am wanting to know if it is a legitimate and real process or a fad. Thanks very much in advance.

I am an active person and I eat frequently through-out the day. At work I’m forced to eat less often, which is difficult because I’m used to eating small meals every couple hours. i’m 17 and i’ve been thinking about fasting. I don’t mean fasting like starving myself, but like the healthy fasting, like maybe juice fasts. I need to get rid of toxins and i want to detox, and cleanse. I think fasting for about 3 days would be enough to set my system on balance again. Does anyone have any information of how I can start fasting and maybe an example of a day on a fast or on a juice fast?
