basically im trying to lose weight im 65kg and 5ft 2 …so im a little overweight also i have alot of important events coming up and it is summer soon (still cold in london )lol so need to lose about 25 pounds and i researched about both the above fasts and i wanted to know if any1 of you have tried it and which would you say is better and any tips about going on them ….also do you think my aim is possible in 10 days if i stuck to it ?
will i see a big change in say about 5 days ? …please no telling me the risks and problems with it i have read and found out for myself …anyone that can answer will be great
