i have been bingeing really bad for the last two days , eating atleast 4000- 5000 a day and in the last week i havent been too good either, anyway i must have a really crap metabolism as i have gained 6 pounds in just two days.
i was thinking of water fasting tomorrow and for the next two days eating just fruit , veg ,juice and soup.
however i dont want to slow my metabolism to slow down even more .but i heard that by fasting you cleanse your body and three days wont make much difference will i ???
i am 136 pounds and 5-6 . i am usually 130 . i **** the way i look right now and in the long run i want to be 120 .
