Also, I won’t gain back the weight. There’s no way you can gain weight if you end the fast eating only raw salads (vegetables only) and eventually adding in a little fruit and lean protein. So don’t tell me I’ll gain the weight back unless you’ve done a fast and eaten only raw foods after (not binging or eating any junk food).
