I will like to experiment a fasting for at list 2 or even 3 days.
Is it better started in new moon or full moon?
Do i have to drink only water? Can i drink herbal teas such as green tea or chamomile? Masala chay? I am a teaaddicted …
Can i still do my ashtanga yoga in morning?
How do i break the fast?
And for how long i am breaking the fast until start eat normal processed food?
When should i start to fasting again? Nest new moon or full moon?
Somebody please can answer to all my question very good detailed ?
