so at minimum id loose 11lbs from that
then id loose somewhere between 2-7lbs or more from colon cleanse
so at the very least id loose 13lbs (1lb off a stone)

ok today is day No.1 on the Master cleanse for me. Im not really doing it to loose weight, I just want to get healthier. Im on my 2nd glass and i had my first glass about 2 hours ago. Instead of using maple syrup i used molassas because i read that that was ok. Was it really ok? Can I drink filtered water when ever I want while on this diet? and when am i going to start making bough movements? also i am physically not feeling anything, did i do something wrong???
