When you do the lemonade diet, you lose mostly water weight. Yes, you will gain weight once you get off the “diet” due to the following reasons:
1. You will be consuming more calories than you were consuming during your “diet”
2. Your metabolism might have slowed down during your “diet” since your body was getting less calories
3. When you get off this “diet” you will be craving food so much that you will probably eat more than you should
Of course if you make better food choices and exercise (which it sounds like you will be doing) then you will probably not gain all the weight back, but you WILL gain some of it back.
