I start out in the morning. I drink water throughout the morning and around lunchtime (which i consider to be 1:00) i will drink a hot herbal tea. right before i go to bed each night, i drink another hot herbal tea (agh! they&#039;re to die for!)

The day my fast is technically over (the 3rd day)  i will eat an apple as soon as I wake up and drink an herbal tea. for lunch i am generally not hungry, but for dinner i will eat a grilled chicken salad (don&#039;t put ranch on it, maybe it&#039;s just me, but that makes me feel so sick) 

The 4th day, it&#039;s back to normal.

I do this once a month.</description>

During this plan, you drink nothing in the day whatsoever. At night, you may eat and drink what you like. You want to do less physical exercise and what ever you do do, make sure it is low impact. 

I do this fast every year at ramadan (though I am not muslim) and I do it on every new moon. It helps clear out the toxins in your body without putting it in any harm.</description>
