Ha ha…no. The only way to lose that fast is to starve yourself…if you did you would lose it sooner…and hintfor you…you won’t pass out froma few days of not eating. It took me at least a week, and I still only had black outs and dizziness…not actual fainting.

Probably not, but there are a couple of things you can try. It may just be a little extra water weight, so cut out the salt. Also, don’t drink sodas. Water is best, but a glass or two of tea will help flush your system of extra water, just don’t over do it. I know it sounds backwards to say drink more water to get rid of water, but it works.
Also, try cutting out bread for the week.
