Take psyllium husk pills – a great natural way to detox!
You can find this at pretty much any health food store for a pretty low price – I like Swanson Health Products – you can order by catalog, or online. They also make natural “Detox Pills”.

Hey there!
I do this once a month usually for about a week, and it makes me feel fantastic.
Buy a thing called Chlorophyll, it is sold at health shops and is the stuff that makes leaves green in its purest form. You add a capful to water and it cleans out your blood. Its sorta like eating massive amounts of vegies.
To eat, I make boiled brown rice with egg strips and sesame seeds & soy sauce for dinner each night and just fruit & vegies through the day.
The rice tastes actually very nice… and by the end of the week you will feel fantastic.
