I am an active person and I eat frequently through-out the day. At work I’m forced to eat less often, which is difficult because I’m used to eating small meals every couple hours. I couldn’t imagine making it a whole day without eating. How would I go about doing that? Should I start getting my body used to eating less often? get a good book on fasting – there is working your way down and then back up again so you don’t destroy your metabolism, you have to take vitamins, etc. … there is a LOT involved and certain health risks – if popssible, involve a health care professional …
