well I’ve been on something called the velocity diet for a week now and am feeling a lot lighter I guess is a good word to use
its a month long process but dont know if I can do it that long

There are several cleansing diets out there. I think the most common one is the cabbage soup diet.
It’s not a long-term diet, it’s something people do before weddings, graduation parties, etc. If you do it completely right, then you might lose up to 7 lbs in a week. People have claimed to lose 10 lbs in 5 days. Who knows? It gives you a lot of bad side-effects though, like you’ll need to go to the washroom *a lot*.
I don’t recommend it, nor any other “cleansing diets.”
The best way to lose weight is to exercise, cut down on bad foods, and eat 5 small, healthy meals a day. Good luck!
