The cat lady asked:
I am on day 4 of the 10 day fast. I use the laxative tea at night and the sea salt water flush in the morning. My question is when is all the built up stuff from my intestines suppose to come out. When I do the sea salt flush it is just a bunch of water that comes out the other end. Is this normal? I know this is a gross question and I hope I didn’t offend or make anyone sick. Thanks for your help

Are you doing the 7 day or 21 day? I did the 7 day and that “stuff” didn’t come out. I called and they said it only usually comes out during the 21 day fast.
I actually got constipated on the master cleanse for the first 3 days, then it was better, but it was tough getting started.
Yes, I think think that’s normal w/ the sea salt flush.

I haven’t tried the master diet but I can suggest a 7-day cleansing diet. A 7 day colon cleanse detox most often involves a specific diet of colon-friendly foods. The first thing you will want to do is to eliminate processed foods and refined sugars from your diet. The same goes for soft drinks. Replace these with plenty of dietary fiber. 30 grams a day should be a good starting point. You can get fiber from legumes, whole grain foods, fresh vegetables to name a few. Supplement these type of foods with protein to help build muscle definition and energy.

Hello. I have experience using the Master Cleanse Diet. I actually use this diet 2-3 times a year. Don’t feel bad or embarrassed about discussing your bowel movements. That’s what the Master Cleanse is all about! The main purpose is to remove any waste that resides in your body. It is normal for you to experience water being released from your rectum. Remember, what you put in your body must come out!
The only time you should be concerned is if you are unable to have a bowel movement. If you are unsatisfied with your bowel movements and would like them to be fuller I suggest adding more cayenne pepper to your juice. You should add just as much as your taste buds can take. Why add cayenne pepper??? Well, cayenne pepper is one of the most powerful natural cleansing agents available. It will help remove excess waste from your body. Cayenne pepper is very vital to the cleansing process and will better your results.
