   it may hrlp you lose a few couple of pounds but you will probably gain it back and a little more. not really worth it.

   Not really. It will clean all the impurities and toxins out of your body. Yes, it will cause you to loose about 3-5lbs but within a few weeks after you have finished the kit you’ll gain it all right back.
