Oh my God! I can´t believe they put out so much B.S. in that website.

Nothing written there is actually true. The diet they recommend (soup and juice) will OF COURSE make you lose weight, since you're basically starving yourself. A healthy diet with exercise should do it perfectly and I think you may already be doing it. So, don't need to get through that, since it's not going to make you healthier, I can assure that.

Second, the concept of "detoxification" is a myth. To detoxify yourself you have a liver and kidneys, and as long as they are working there is no need to "detoxify" yourself, those organs are already doing the job. Drinking water, having colon cleansing, saunas or anything else won't make those toxins get out of your body. You just need to understand a little bit of how the body works and you'll understand why all these methods don't work.

Those methods might make you feel better (like saunas or spas) because they're relaxing, but that's it, they won't make you healthier or get "detoxified".

So, if you want to go through that, it's ok. But know that they're just playing you with myths that sound reasonable, but are not true.

Hope it doesn't dissapoint you, but I'm pretty sure that if you follow a healthy diet, do exercise, avoid tobacco and too much sun exposure (this actually prevents skin damage), you will look great for the summer.
