well, i am going to go on the master cleanse (after much research) because i have been on a terrible binge/purge routine for three years, and i have seen an article on a good site that showed a woman breaking this habit through a short water fast. i do not however want to go strictly on a water fast, so i thought “cleansing” would be a better approach to change the way i view my eating habits.
anyway, i was wondering if it would be awful to exercise while i was doing this cleanse? i do not want to lose any muscle.
