yea, i did sort-of-do have an eating disorder..I wouldent want to do that now, Ide have about 100 people yell at me. I know Im no where near ready to diet or fast or anything…I meant like in a few years.

Lots of raw green veggies, some lean protein and lots of water. You do this for three or four days at a time. The toxins in your body bond with fiber “green veggies, raw” and the protein gives your body energy. Make sure you drink lots of water.

I noticed that your other post seemed to indicate that you’ve had/have anorexia. Why do you need to fast if you are trying to recover from this illness? The best thing for you and your body is to eat healthily and often.

NIKKI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! play sports dont eat junk food … didnt you say you had anorexia and were so skinny you had to see a doctor,… dont fast i know you wanna look thin we all do… you keep your figure by fasting i keep mine by sports … just play sports and start eating normally.. i know its easy for me to say but just try 2000 calories a day and do 2 hours of sports you’ll be healthy and still have your slim figure

eat only fruits and fresh vegetables and drink fresh fruit juices, eating the fleshes and rind where possible and at the same time drink lots of water at least 6 litres a day.
fruits will provide the vitamins and enzymes and carbs u need, while water helps the system to purge itself of the toxins quickly.
good fruits include, mango, banana, apples, oranges, pears, some berries.
you may do this for up to three days at atime and alternate with regular diet if its only for cleansing.
its also called a fruit fast, and a sure recipe for great skin, especially in combination with some cardio-vascular exercises
