I was reading about all juice fasting to cleanse the body. I was wondering if it is possible to just eat fruits instead of drinking juice the wholetime?

What is the difference?

Would it have the same affect in cleansing the body if I just eat the fruit instead of juicing it?

  1. juicing is just to give your digestive system a break which heals your cells and can repair any damaged tissues. u can eat just fruit which is very healthy to detox- it will clean the colon very well. juicing is for when u have digestive problems and want to heal it without hurting it with food. both are equally powerful. i just finished a 7 day juice fast/feast and then did a 7 day vegetable and fruit cleanse. very good.

  2. Drinking only fruit juices is likely to cause you DIARRHEA; I don’t know, maybe from here the word “cleansing”. Fruit juices are well known cause of toddler’s diarrhea.

    Eating only fruits will likely cause bloating with constipation.

    Fruits – in any form – contain sugars, which are FOOD FOR INTESTINAL BACTERIA and CANDIDA, which may eventually overgrow from all this sugar excess.

    So:
    From fruits, you can expect more bacteria or candida in the colon. Fruits don’t push any toxins out from the body. All toxins or other waste products in the body have their own eliminating time and you can’t force them out with water, fruits or other cleansing methods.

    Only some medicines, used in specific situations may bind and help to eliminate some substances from the body. Well, charcoal, or milk may bind toxins in intestine in intoxication. Fibers, as ground flax-seeds, colloidal bentonite, and psyllium husk help to sweep out acetaldehyde created during candida die off.
