I need to fast but I actually need someone to tell me what exactly do you do?
I have been on a major 2.5 day fast no food no water before.But I want to go on a 40 day fast for spiritual cleansing so i obvoius;ly need something that will relatively affect me nd make me realise that I am on a fast, but I also still require alot of energy.Giving up chocolate and sodas is not sign ificant enough for me.Please share with me what you christians who have fasted that long have done?
