I am 43, have many health issuses, Lupus took my colon and I now have CIDP(www.gbsif.com). I was reading on how to loose wieght here on answers. Eating raw and fasting etc. I am bedridden and partially paraylis, Can I do these things? I ask you b/c all my doctors are anti cleanse. BYW, I am 5′2″ , small framed, and weigh 145. I am controlling food portions and just recommitted to no sugar or refined foods.
