hi. i’m 15, and i wanna try a short detox fasting that could cleanse your colon and small intestines.
so, basically, i would like to hear from anyone of you that tried fasting whatever the reasons are, and would like to know more about fasting, it’s effects, how you felt, how long it lasted and basically anything about fasting. so tell me about your fast and gimme some good advices!! you could gimme any good detox diets or whatever that you feel are pretty good, effective, fast and safe at the same time!! thanks very much in advance~!
