i would loose 1-2lbs a day on a fast
so at minimum id loose 11lbs from that
then id loose somewhere between 2-7lbs or more from colon cleanse
so at the very least id loose 13lbs (1lb off a stone)
and at the most id loose 17lbs …maybe more
and for those who won’t answer my Q just nag:no i won’t put it all back on again after cos ive already lost over 1st (i lost around18lbs) and haven’t gained it

and ill drink green tea,water and if i feel faint have porridge/low cal soup and caffeine for energy x
and there is a diet that is supported from specialists (for obese ppl)which only has 500Cal’s a day,well im not obese so ill have less and anyway its a detox not permenant x

My wife had a sonogram today and her gall bladder is FILLED with gall stones. The wall of her bladder has swollen to a thickness of 10.3 mm! Various “cleanses” seem dangerous in this extreme of a case as they usually use olive oil to get the gall bladder contracting. That could be horrifyingly painful in such an extreme case of inflammation, methinks. I have heard that juice fasts can diminish the size of the stones slowly, but naturally. What do you think? Although money is an issue, we would not be doing this to save money, but rather to save the organ.
