Hello! I have decided to start the master cleanse today (I am fasting so please there is no need to provide me information not to do this, people have fasted for thousands of years). Anyways, I am about to embark to whole foods to pick up my “supplies” For those who have completed it what specifics should I be getting? I’d like to make about a 3 day supply (I will be making about 60 oz per day) so if you could provide me what to buy at whole foods like a shopping list (i’m not sure what water or salt to buy as well as tea). Also possibly any recipes you have for making a big batch. I’d also love to hear how you did it
