Is it still effective if i start taking the lemonade before doing the salt water flush?

I found some instructions that state to do the salt water flush first thing in the morning…. Can it be done at night?
P.S. It is not a ******. I don’t use those. And I dont have odor.

I am doing the Master Cleanse. Its a lemonade diet.
