i’m 17 and i’ve been thinking about fasting. I don’t mean fasting like starving myself, but like the healthy fasting, like maybe juice fasts. I need to get rid of toxins and i want to detox, and cleanse. I think fasting for about 3 days would be enough to set my system on balance again.
